Guys I need some advice. I will post some hands from today about my fights with maniacs and crazy recs with out too much stats on them. I want to know if I am taking too many risks or is this correct with them.

At a quick glance, I don't see any major errors in these hands. I wouldn't bet the turn with the A8, but I don't see anything dreadful going on, so if you lost all these hands, it's just variance.

From this small sample it looks like you slowplay your rivers a lot, why?

Just go straight for value dont over complicate things people over call and underbluff.

1st hand: I would fold on the river. I think that most of the maniacs raise better A-x combos pre. A4-A5 beat us on the flop, 22-33 gs got there on the river. I could be wrong, but I would fold on the river.

2nd hand: I check the turn.

3rd hand: That flop sucks. But he can still have random hands like J-10s, Q-9s etc, so I would prefer the same line too.

4th hand: I would bet bigger on the turn(around 50%), and would vbet on the river. He can checkback hands like pair of 8s, 7s, hands we could get value from. My betsize would be around 50% on the river too. It's a really scary board, but he didn't raise on the flop and the turn, and the 3 on the river is a blanky card, so as played c/c was good I think. I would not believe anything there.

I check rivers because this are the kind of guys that want to outplay you all the time. I learnt and test today a good weapong against these: cbet + c/r turn. or c/call flop c/r turns or call thin 3 barrel sometimes, depending on hand dinamics. Now I have 2 notes: the manics and the maniacs that will go to the end with it.
