When you check your flush, you cannot fold to the relatively small bet. If villain continues otr, fold then, maybe.

Yeah looking back on it it's pretty terrible, if I'm folding anywhere it should be the river

We probably lose a lot here vs the pool, but that doesn't necessarily mean fold

if you're checking, it's def not to fold
small bet to keep his top pairs involved looks good
and if you really want to x some flushes, do it with the nuts
