That turn is literally the nut worst turn but I guess a bet isn't too bad at the micros. If I get raised I puke so turn is close between a bet or check/call.

River is an easy fold I don't see the problem. Unlucky with the runout but you can never call. Villain could have easily had you beat on the turn.

Depending on tendency to limp-raise you can raise small PF and hope they both call.

As played c/c turn and hope to fill up. Also 3-bet more on flop, like 28BB. Easy fold on river.
