Just asking cause I'm taking shots at NL25 these days while also having a double digit winrate at NL10 on stars, so it's cool to know if this kind of winrate is sustainable at higher levels too, even though yeah it's basically a meaningless sample so whatever. :]
I also play against a different player pool so more of whatever.

Yeah, raising a limper 3x is horrible especially from OOP in the sb. I actually prefer 6x from that position, 5x from the bb, and 4x IP with the appropriate ranges. Basically, people would never fold to the 3x sizing, especially when they have position on you.

reg tables there doesn't seem to be any difference between 5/10/25 at all, and by that I mean it's just tables full of fish and badregs

They aren't as good in general, but that makes raising tiny from OOP much worse than if they were. They would basically call their limping range when IP which would put you in an even worse spot than you were already in.
