Call or Fold All in on the Flop Call or Fold All in on the Flop

So, My hand is K and J
I play No limit hold'em

My opponent is after under the gun and I'm on his left.
He raises at 7. I call and everybody else folds.

The Flop comes : J39

My opponent bets 17. I raise at 34. I am 100% sure he has the flush with low cards (which appears he had 82)

After a while. He decides to go all in with 250. The pot has about 350 in it

In This situation I have 2hand that can make me win. A club or a full house since I have a pair already and they are 2 cards to come.

I call him. Finally I beat him on the River since the A came out

So 2 question here : was it a good call ?
When he betted 17, should I have betted something like 50 to make him fold ?

Don't see a reason to bluffraise flop
Don't see a reason to call preflop
Don't see a reason to call off once raised

You have to call around 220 to win 350, so you'll need 39% to win.

There is some software out there that will calculate the % you can win if you go all in with Kc Jx vs his flush. Equilab for example is what i use.

Of the top of my head it seems like we have to fold flop if we know he has the flush every time. Remember he can also have an ace high flush and we could be drawing dead.

I fold preflop, but if i do call preflop then i will only call the turn. But I digress

Every decision is wrong IMO. Fold PF (not close), call flop (probably a little closer), fold to the shove (not even remotely close).

If you're 100% sure he has a flush, then why in the world are we raise/calling with ~30% equity?

Fold pre in early position. You can't be even remotely confident let alone sure that your opponent has a low flush otf. In fact he's opened utg so low scs are among the least likely holding here.
As played I would just call otf. Raising opens the possibility of a re-raise which I think you have to call. In relation to the question about flop sizing, what range of hands do you think your opponent will fold to a larger flop raise after he leads otf?

Pretty brave of you to call an UTG raise with KJo. A 3-bet would be better, if anything, but I don't even see merits to this as you haven't said he's a particularly fishy or looser player. You can expect to be dominated a lot. Even when you're not, KJo is not a great hand to play post. The only benefit you have here is position but it's just not ideal with your hand.
