When villain calls my flop c/r, I assume he has Qx or pair+draws, and it seems consistent with his turn call. Sets and 2pairs would 3bet this wet flop or would raise the turn for value.
So on the river I figured that any likely draws have missed and villain is largely stuck with a single pair, while my range still has a lot of 2pair and sets.
On another hand, you asked why we would call a raise on the flop with TPTK. This is exactly the same type of hand but from the other perspective. You have raised flop with a combo draw and by calling villain keeps you in the hand if they had jammed flop you would have folded.
On to the hand, on this run-out you need to go bigger and make the river bet more polarised. All the draws missed and your size makes it a much easier call for the villain to bluff catch with TP type hands

Yes, this links nicely with my other hand
So putting ourselves in Villain's shoes, is it correct for Villain to call all the way on the account that I must have many missed draws in my range, and to only fold those rivers that complete draws?
It is correct for the villian to do this with the sizing you have used. SB vs BB, you can still have 2p and sets in your range on the river. IF you are going to bluff the river here you need to go bigger more like 80% - 120% pot and make your bet more polarised.
You have bet less than 50% pot and villain has great odds to bluff catch with all the potential missed draws out there.

I understand, I need to meditate more on the sizing then, rather than just clicking buttons.
Try c/r again OTT or overbet as a line Also your sizing OTR is too small and obv his range does not include many draws as you mentioned in your hand description. His nitty style does not include worst draw and low sc and combos(your KJ block many combo draws from his range). The reason he did not raise your bet OTT make his play obv bad too tbh. Also you say that on the flop sets and too pairs would 3bet here but actually there are not two pairs in his range except if you believe he opens 9Qs i guess but i strongly doubt it from EP and this depends on your c/r range obv.Don't know between you two who played this hand worst
