SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has K T

Hero raises to 2.5 BB, fold, fold, BTN raises to 8 BB, SB calls 7.5 BB, BB calls 7 BB, Hero calls 5.5 BB

Flop: (32 BB, 4 players) 4 9 7
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks, BTN bets 10 BB, SB calls 10 BB, fold, Hero calls 10 BB

Turn: (62 BB, 3 players) 8
SB checks, Hero ?

Spoiler:
Turn: (62 BB, 3 players) 8
SB checks, Hero checks, BTN checks

River: (62 BB, 3 players) 9
SB checks, Hero bets 38 BB, fold, fold

Hero wins 96.9 BB

Pre-flop - Would normally have folded to the BTN 3-bet but due to the SB coming along (and likely a weaker player) I decided to call as I'm closing the action.

Flop - x/c seems standard. Didn't want to raise and get blown off my hand.

Turn - Should I be leading out here after picking up an OESD to go with my FD?

Thanks for your input . Couple questions though:

1) Are you literally just x/jamming rather than a x/r? Is this due to V's stack size, if he called a x/r then it's all going in on the T regardless?

2) Does this mean we're always happy to get it in OTF multi-way with a FD and 2 over cards in a single raised pot?

theres so much money otf, id literally play a call/jam strat

dont generalise too much but this isnt a single raised pot its a 3b pot 4ways 100bb eff with second nut flush draw and more than half my stack in the middle!!!

FFS, got the 2 hands confused that I posted when replying, hence why I said single raised.

100% agree with what you’re saying now. When I run leakbuster etc and analyse my hand histories, one thing that always stands out is my flip aggression stats being low. Getting better at picking spots like this should help a lot.
