Anyone have any experience with the microstakes on Bet online?

I've played roughly 30k hands and am break even right now on 2nl. A lot has to do with not adjusting for a long time and calling too lightly. However, playing at even 2nl i find it hard to get paid off or as much as people claim to be paid off at the lower stakes. For example , my raises get folded too all the time even against these so called 40/3 fish . But if you watch these training videos , you see hero being called down with middle pair vs his set. Rake is roughly .01 for each .18 cents in the pot with a cap at .25. Just trying to get some tips or feedback cause 2nl and my mediocre results are driving me a crazy.

Fixes I've been working on are folding to a lot more 3 bets , which i called way too lightly before. But my stat may have stayed in that 50's range because of lot of these players just raise to double the bet giving me the correct / decent odds to call .

Definitely folding to a lot more 4 bets than just 32 percent now unless i have Aces or Kings, but also player dependent too. If an unknown villain was to 4 bet me with QQ i would probably lay it down without too much information.

2) You're not three betting nearly enough, unless you're just surrounded by loose passive fish who only raise top 10% hands and then never fold to 3 bets.
