Hero ???
Preflop:- I'm not folding AQ here to the 3bet, even though we're OOP.
- Standard call.
Flop:- We've got TPTK with the backdoor flush draw.
- Standard call.
Turn:- We've got the blocker to any Ax of spades, and the backdoor nut flush draw. On top of that, we've got TPTK.
- I feel like we just cannot usually find a fold here.
- We could jam. We have an out with the spade draw if we're behind and we're ahead of KQ, JQ, QT, JJ-88. The jam might even get some players to fold their KK-AA because they're afraid of the flush.
- I called, but I'm unsure if maybe a raise may be better here.
River:- Pretty painful river card. The board is now paired and our flush didn't make it.
- He shoves and we're getting 3.35:1 pot odds to call.
- Hero?

Not sure why that river is painful, it just reduced the set combos. We block flushes so I'm calling river, we don't have to be right that often.

Always calling here, he can be value-betting worse Qx or the 88-JJ range. His 3-bet pre is not always value heavy here but you are simply too strong here. If you fold here, especially with the odds you are getting, what hands are you calling with? The 7 river completes very little here. The same hand is also a possibility but the combos you lose to are too few. Don't be results-oriented here, I assume you maybe called and lost the hand? Seems to me you played fine and will win enough of the time in this spot to justify the call.

I feel like folding river. It just feels gross to call off. I think ranges are pretty narrow at this point and top isn't indifferent to a call otr.

I'm calling the river because TPTK and blockers, but it sucks.
Here's what Snowie suggests:
preflop: 4-bet
flop: check call 84% and xr 0.3 pot 16%
turn: check 72% and lead 0.5pot 28%, and after check it likes xr 0.3 pot 85% of the time, call the remaining
river: check call.
It considers the river call not too close -- profiting on average 14BB.
Looks a bit wild to me, especially against the 2NL field, but I still find it interesting.
