What do you think of my action? Did I have to lose this hand?

I'd probably just call the 3bet pre, if u 4bet and get shoved on it's pretty much always AA or KK at 2nl. I'd even fold sometimes as the guys 3bet an UTG player so it's very unlikely to be a bluff.

AP i would check flop, your cbet doesn't make anything better fold so a check is better. OTT there's really nothing u can do but check fold.

4bet is fine, don't cbet this flop J99 hit's his range very well. Check and see the turn, go from there.

I like the 4bet because his F4bet is low and this shows that he calls 4bets with a lot of hands worse than yours. I like check fold ITF if you don´t have info of the villain or is passive, if it agressive I would check call if he doesn´t bet much.

Checking flop. Prefere to call pre but 4 bet at some frequency aswell.

I'm checking here with some overpairs as well, not really a fan of c-betting.
