That's not a great flop texture. But I would still cbet as AdKd is one of your better AK comnbos on this board, only 2 combos of AJs and 2 of KJs, the 7 and 6 are offsuit to each other. I would cbet a little bit smaller, like 2.00. villain can have all suits, QQ, and a bad player might have AJo. Check and give up when you don't pick up diamonds.

the problem with checking this flop is that u play yours cards face up and that can never be good. our checking range oop in 3bet pots is somehow weak, not many of us are checking set JJ or QQ/KK/AA.

betting 1/3 pot in connected flops induces raises (that is my humble opinion, not a strategy comment)

betting big (3/4 pot or pot) is better, since we could have AA/KK/QQ/JJ and we also have some BD stuff to work with if we get called. we probably need 2 barels though?
