Checking back flop seems fine here. Not necessarily against the small range bets in 3-bet pots, but if you're going to have a checking range I imagine you should put most of the Ax's in it.
I'm calling turn and planning to fold river unimproved. We don't need too much in implied odds to justify the turn call. We probably stack villain often on spades, aces and jacks are sometimes good, we're already ahead some super small but not completely insignificant amount of the time, etc.
With his >100bb starting stack then you have the implied odds to call the turn and then play fit/fold on the river. He can certainly be raising weaker flushes which pay you off should you improve. With position you have the benefit of acting last on the river too so you will get to see if he chooses to barrel.
The hard decision is if the A/J comes. It'd be great to take SDV with them but I'm not certain if you should be calling those hands against a sizeable bet.
Not sure if i like checking here in a 3b pot, esp sb vs bb. This flop misses him a lot and i'd rather not give up the lead.... we can get him to fold out AQ, KQ, hands that have decent equity against us that would call pre bvb 3b. Possibly even fold out small pairs that he might've called as well.
not at all, he calls with overpairs , 2 pairs and sets , doesn't have nut flush draw so what is he jamming with? KQ / ? Don't think so
he is not jamming KQs????? i dont think so...
if i jamm turn i also make him fold AK and some other hands he may bluffed me with, which can improve over me in river.. for instance A , K ,Q river card
How should we play lower stacks? 50bb 70bb? Fold the turn raise? And probably lower than 40bb jam turn?
I don't really know.
I still think you'd call as short stackers can get sticky and you've got a lot of equity, you're just not receiving the same implied odds. You might be overfolding if you fold in this particular spot.

Maybe he's jamming KQs there, but most of the v's in the pool will lead out ott and not take the x/xr line with their draws... Most also 4bet AK pre in blind wars, so don't think that combo is in v's range. The only hands that have you beat is AQ and pp's and you have decent equity vs that so just call ott.
Why it should be larger?
Since we are polarised and we always cbet w/ TP,PP(overpairs),etc OTF and cant have those OTT range...?
fwiw,
cbetting as a default to fold out all broadway cards and Ax..
This assumption is incorrect, and if it is, you are misplaying the flop and going into the turn without any value hands in which case you would be forced to check again with the current hand.
Pretty clear cbet flop to fold out all his unpaired and broadway hands. and you also have big range advantage if you 3bet 99 here which you should. U never have value ott after checking flop and ace high shouldnt be choice to bluff if ur going to bet such a capped spot. Call turn probably best with a faceup hand
