I do wish I knew what your raise first in was from each position. Moving on...
Your loss rate from the SB is great.
Your loss rate from the BB is meh. You should try to get that down around .40 or less. Honestly, I think losing < .30 is possible but I'd aim for < .40.
Having a cb of 51% and following up with a 38% turn barrel is a bad strategy. If you're going to be c-betting 51%, you need to barrel a lot. If you don't want to barrel turns, c-bet more often. If you're finding yourself with not much equity to either c-bet with or barrel with, tighten up preflop and play a more playable range.
You've never c-bet the turn as the EP pfr? I mean sample size and such but that's amazing considering the strong range you seem to have there. I'd bet opening 13.5% is on the nittier side of things on this forum. My open's even < that though
My guess is that you're spewing money in 3-bet pots otb. Your wr otb should be at least .22. Most people are going to be at around .25-.32.
I'd check or post hands that gave you trouble from the cutoff and button. Losing from the cutoff and having such a small wr from the button should be worrisome. There's no doubt that that's the thing you should focus on. You should not be losing when playing most pots IP or winning so little when you always have absolute position.
