I should have just made it pot size bet on turn. But what you are doing on river? As played are you calling that or not?

What flush hand he limps and calls my 4x raise pre? Also on turn he doesnt really have odds to call with just flush. Set is possible, but I think he would 3bet me on flop cuz he knows he gets value after I had shown a lot strenght. And also @NL2 zoom pretty much no one has slowplayed nuts on flop against me yet lol.

with 8x type of hand is river overbet best play here? That was pretty much only hand I was scared of but I just couldnt have any idea of 8x hand he calls pre/flop with. A8 he is not limp/calling. 98s might be but probably folding it on flop (unless he has 9d8d but after turn card its not possible)

Is there something wrong with my thinking? Toughts?

Players that limp are bad, generally.

Limpers ranges vary considerably, but they rarely fold to your isolation raise. So on the flop you are up against a very wide range, that can include AA, flush draws, pocket pairs and lots & lots of trash.

You bet big on flop and turn to get value from this range.

I would probably have bet 1/2 pot on the river too.

I fold to a river raise, as this is generally a sign of significant strength.

yes
i see no reason why V cannot limp/call hands like K5dd here...he is a btn limper = fish = likes to play a lot of hands.

and sets/str8...he is a fish...thye like to slowplay/trap w.e...

This happens me all the time on NL2 also. Board is wet I know, but they do this flop shove thing 50-50 with either nuts or garbage. I guess I just cant fold my ranges top here every time can I?

Often they do this with OESD and gutshots but its hard to know exactly? If this happens like 100x in a row (in theory) I guess even without reads this is not fold every time?

He's showed up with 58o so he's going t probably have every flush combo going. Of course we don't know that till after the fact but we can be pretty sure he's a fish with a wide range when he limps so will have tons of flushy stuff.

For sure bet turn bigger against this type of Villian

Your also giving Villian too much credit thinking about odds to call etc and calling isn't even really a mistake if he makes any money on the river if he's hits

As played fold river

Fold to flop jam

Edit : Just seen his stack size so as played I think calling flop shove is ok S he's probably a fish

AA is pretty bad on this flop, KK is better and QQ much better. Check flop.
