opponent is 50/42 but only over 12 hands (tho I didn't know this at the time as I don't use a hud). Is the shove ok? I thought I could get value from AJ, KJ and KQ as well as flush draws.

You have the Ad so that decreases the flush draw combos. Same goes with aj not that many combos of aj. Would he stack with kj? I think its still a jam either way. You will be beat here a fair amount though. Could se 89d or top pair plus flush draw too. Jj tt and jt pretty likely as well.

I would raise a little bit higher pre being OOP, and I think I'm jamming too, you block Ad but he has lots of Kdxd and Qdxdx with some combo draws that could call a shove.

Or you know, you could call and play a turn. Don't be so quick to just get it in.

Don't you lose lots of value though? You are most likely checking turn after calling, he can choose to check and get a free card river, and you are not getting stacks from draws there

Yeh, but how many draws does he really have? The only ones I see are KQdd and 89dd, players at these limits almost never raise in 3bet pots here with KQs that isn't diamonds. If we get it in I expect us to be a big equity underdog.

    Agreed.

Also, 3Bet slightly bigger, like $0.50-$0.60

3b sizing is fine... just try to get to a river

If you have equity- getting to a river makes sense. AA has a lot of equity in a 3b pot PF- so long as the pot doesn't get out of control... you're fine.
