Probably not, but if we know the limpers are really bad and likely to come along we can maybe play it for set value in a MW pot where we can get paid at the rate we need too. Otherwise I'd agree, this is a 3-bet or fold spot.
Normally I don't like calling one card straight hands where the implied odds are a lot lower since 4-card straight boards generate a lot more folds. In this spot though we can get some action from Ax on a 2, so I wouldn't hate calling. You can raise here but BTN betting this flop this hard is probably an overpair that's going to get sticky. But you have pretty good equity against overpairs so it's not a huge mistake to rip it even if BTN calls at a high frequency.
