As you say only a small sample size for villain but he's already shaping up to be a bit of a nit. What's the plan on the flop? You don't have much equity here versus, say, a 4% 3bet range. If you had a specific read that villain shut down unimproved on turns after 3betting then you can float him and take it away from him for sure. Is that a general tendency of players at 5nl Zoom?

Think i'd be tempted to just pitch my hand OTF as exploitative as it is against this apparent tight player and wait until we have better reads.

Yeah flop call was close I thought too. I think players at 5nlz aren't great at barreling but also that if I'm going to fold 2 overs and all the backdoors to a single cbet then I shouldn't really be calling pre.

I like it. I think we have to call the flop with 2 overs and backdoor draws here in position. I don't mind the turn stab when checked to. I would've looked to barrel the river on a brick but he didn't give you the opportunity.

A turn check would have been interesting too and see what he does on the river.
