Turn: (93.6 BB, 2 players) T
SB checks, Hero bets 42.4 BB, fold

Hero wins 89.8 BB

Preflop: I thought AQs is strong enough to call especially playing in position when the 3-bettor is in the small blind. I think the caller behind me is more weighted towards smaller pocket pairs and suited connectors so I wasn't too worry about a 4-bet behind me.

Flop: After the 3-bettor checks, I wanted to bet medium sized mainly to extract value from draws, but looking back I don't know whether betting the flop is a good idea. After he raises me, should this be a fold? He is mainly weighted towards overpairs here as he can only have AK, AQ, and KQ for heart combos and heart combos likely would not minraise.

Turn: He checks which makes me more inclined to believe he has something like AA or KK. Being probably one of the best turns to bluff on, as I can have a lot more heart combos than he does, what should my sizing be for turn and river as I have around 100bb behind and the pot is 93bb? Should I just jam 100bb into 93bb on the turn?

Thanks for all the help guys!

Weird hand.
I usually check the flop to see if CO takes a stab. If you want to bet, going less than half pot is probably best. It's pretty awful for you if you bet and CO calls (and even worse if SB also calls), as there are loads of horrible runouts if you get floated. I have no idea what SB is trying to achieve with his min x-raise, but KK+ seem possible, along with some random nonsense.
When he checks the turn, he might be trapping with the nut flush, or he might have just been messing about on the flop. My gut feeling is you should check behind. I'm not sure though. Villain's line is very weird. He's only folding hands you beat, I think, as AA/KK (and sets) are peeling the turn.
