There are actually around 2-3 hands like this in most sessions I play, when I have an overpair like 88-JJ on a dry board and facing double and triple barrels.

I think this plays easier as a 4bet/fold if MP 5bets or if MP folds and CO 5bets. How likely is CO to peel preflop?

Looking at how aggressive this guy is, I think calling it off as fine. Even with a weak sample size, those are abnormal, non-reg stats and against a loose splashy aggro player, I think I'd go with it. This is probably your very best hand, aside from maybe 99 that might be the bottom of your flatting range with the threat of MP 4betting preflop. Do you have 88 here? I'm not sure about the tradeoff effect of callign with JJ vs TT here. You have more equity vs overpairs with TT with the gutshot, but then you could be up against JJ, while with JJ, you at least have TT in bad shape. Tough spot, your best hands also block the overcard + straight draw hands that are his most likely bluffs.

4b/fold pre

You are at the top of your range but I think it is a fold. No draw and this line is nutted as hell. If there is a draw you are not blocking I guess you can call against this V
