0, cold calling 3-bets is usually bad, you could play a balanced cold calling range, but it overcomplicates your strategy, it should give you a higher ev if you never mess up, but the ev difference is pretty small, also most people mess up and make cold calling 3-bets always -EV.
If you would want to build a cold calling range there you would need to call some 77-AA, some SCs, some Suited broadways,, Axs, most of those hands at a very low frequency.
In reality most people have 99-JJ and AQs because they dont know what to do when facing a 3-bet, so its obvious the boards those hands hit, people will be able to x/f AA on JT5 and you wont have enough bluffs in those boards, and the ones you have will have terrible playability. Also on low boards villain can valueown you pretty hard.
