I prefer to 3bet with linear range against reg but due to the few 3bets hands history , he called 4 times and 4bet 4 times from the same postion, this time i choosed to flat. I don't think my hand is so strong to call ONF so I decided to raise but I might be wrong and isolate myself against a tighter range (overpairs and set). River, value bet , if so 2/3 pot ? Thanks for your adivse.

If you bet, you should shove since its the only bet that makes sense given stack sizes.

If you want to bluff-raise the flop with an AJ hand, do it with a heart or two diamonds (i.e a BDNFD). AsJd is just air on this board and should be a trivial fold.

As played, I think checking back river is best. Shoving seems too thin as villain only really sigh-calls with TT and maybe KJhh/QJhh, but has a handful of combos of boats/quads (99, JJ, 77), some T8s, a couple of trip 7s, and won't fold QQ+ either.

OP, if your thought process is "my hand is too weak to call, so I should raise" you will be turning way too many hands into bluffs that should just be mucked. Should have included this in my first post. When you bluff raise, it is wise to pick hands that make some sense as Arty mentioned above.

do you really want to build a big pot with that hand?
