You eliminate your reverse implied odds by refusing to pay villain off on the cards that may have some reverse implied odds attached to them. Eliminating the potential RIO has a very positive affect on your implied odds. Hopefully most people understand this.

This is a very flawed thought process and is incorrect. The presence of RIO do affect your implied odds, this is true but the idea they cancel each other out or you that you can
just disregard both of them. There is no reasoning behind it. It sounds like a lot of:
