I open-raise the HJ for 2BB with KK and the SB calls.

Flop: KQ3
Vil checks, I c-bet 2/3 pot, Vil calls.

Turn: KQ36
Vil checks, I c-bet 2/3 pot, Vil check-raises 3x the bet, I call.

River: KQ368
Vil shoves all-in for a potsized bet, Hero covers

Cant say much about villain, I think he may have been a recreational player because I didnt know his name and havent seen him elsewhere.

I'm not sure if the turn is a value-bet since we block the king but he shouldnt have many flushdraws...

I hate to call the river but can we really fold against an unknown? What do you guys think?

Ugh, ugly, I guess we call here.
I can't think of any AX flatting the the SB so I'm just going to pay off while thinking he's spazzing out with a JT type of hand.

Also I'm just ripping it in on turn.

ty. Why do you shove the turn after he raises? Isnt it way ahead / way behind?

Just ran this in to snowie.

According to it we call turn and fold river.

Yeah makes sense

I still don't think of any AX that just calls preflop.
Note that player I guess.

For a min raise I imagine a lot of recs and some bad regs in the SB would see Ah-x and think why not?

We need to be right 33% of the time to call this and without reads I don't think we are, but it has to be close. If we could speculate that he would x/r a weaker flush on the turn, or assign him a tilty shove with an under-set on the river, we could draw conclusions to call but AP I think I fold.

Flop and turn sizing practically force him to have the nuts

ty guys!

Is the snowie advice based on how it would play against itself? I guess a rec can spazz here but I guess they also have many more nutflushes...

is there any reason not to bet the turn?
