Never. I expect SB range to be pretty strong. JJ+, AQs+. What do you think his range is?

something similar. I made a classic mistake here. I looked at his 4bet stat and it was high - but it was only high because he is tight preflop.

What are the blind defense stats for SB and BB ?

I would call this IP instead of 3 betting and play like a suited connector with good showdown value.

If I then get 3 bet from blinds, seeing 5% range (JJ+,AQs+) - I would fold.

PS:
I would move from this table - seems to be full of aggro and tight players..no fun

yeah I agree. Huge 4bet + nitty 3bet stats = tight 4bet range.

No. Flatting smaller sc's as standard is even worse though.

@Everyone... Why do the newer players want to flat everything all the time, but then think calling a hand like 65s in the BB is somehow marginal? It's like their general thought processes are completely ass-backward in the majority of spots.

Misapplied poker strategy they got from a poker training site. This has been going on for 15+ years. Welcome.

sir,
What I suggested was that Hero on the BTN to call the CO raise with KQs instead of 3 betting CO.

Once the SB 4 bets, it is an easy fold.

In fact, looking at the table and the stats, I would fold KQs pre - yeah ****ty nitty. Even if I call CO raise, with aggro SB and BB behind me, there is a very good chance I might be caught in the middle.

I know. This is a mistake. You want to either get to the flop heads-up, eliminate the squeeze option, and/or win preflop to avoid rake. You don't want to call and increase the chances of a squeeze or multiway pot. If you just call you also eliminate your chances of winning rake and variance free preflop which is always our main goal in every hand we play. Being forced to play a hand post-flop is our first loss in the hand that we always want to avoid if at all possible. Being forced to play a non-heads-up pot postflop is our second loss in any given hand. You should rarely/never take preflop actions that encourage these losses. Remember ideally your goal is to raise and take it down pre with every hand in your range.
