Hi guys,
I'm a lowgrinder 6max player. Mostly play 10NL-25NL.
I dont really know what sizes to use on flopp and turn in 3bet pots.
Lets say CO raises 3x and I 3bet from sb to 10x and he call. Pott is 21bb on flopp
Right now I bet 55% flopp and 60% turn.
That leaves me on 100bb eff stack a riverbet with a size of 54%.
What size do you guys use, what is best?

Most sizings will be similar in EV. The important part is knowing which hands to bet and which hands to check with whatever sizing you choose.

there are obviously lots different boards and situations. in general u cant go too wrong with 1/3 pot cb on dry boards and larger on wet. as for turn if u have good equity like a straight/2p and the turn card is bad like a flush, 1/3 blocker bets are prefered by solver. if the turn is pairing or straightening/flushing and we have marginal equity like tp or mp check is preferred. its an oversimplification but: 1/3 dry boards 1/3 blocker bets on bad turns when we have good hand, X on pairing or bad turn w marginal holding

I mostly bet half pot on flop and turn. If it's drawy flop I typically make it one click bigger but I don't think that matters much in the long run.
That said, I'm an old school player who plays on a site which still has lots of passive players so you can get away with playing the old school way.
Also, not all situations are identical, so you have to sometimes mix it up a bit. Effective stack sizes, how opponents play etc affect it. If I have eg. TT on an AT3 FD flop, against two whales who'll never fold ace or draw here, I might bet closer to pot here. Heads up, against a reg that wouldn't work of course.
