3bet Pot - River decision w/QQ

Villian VPIP / PFR is 41/11 - very passive w/ low aggression factor, but very much a calling station with very low 3bet / 4bet stats. Fold to cbets on the flop (36%) / turn (20%).
We are about 150bb deep, and one of the things I'm trying to work on is bet sizing....so please, hammer away.
Call or fold river? Raising isn't an option as we are just going to fold out worse hands and get better hands to call.

. I did call and he hit the K (had AK). I tend to get paranoid when I lose pots. Still a bit results oriented, need to remember it’s not about this decision / pot, but all similar decisions over the course of playing.I did call, but second guessed it when he won. Maybe bet turn, if raised, fold. If called check through river?
