This seemed like a good spot for a squeeze preflop, but hindsite I think I shouldn't be squeezing a polarized range like this against a maniac raiser.

This villain has been playing a bit on the crazy side. I am thinking that this type of villain would be raising the flop with any overpair. There are a lot of missed draws out there that villain could bluff at after I check the river.

What do you guys think about a call here?

The possibility of you being ahead here seems to be mostly built on the logic that just because villain is overly aggressive that he'd have raised your flop c-bet with an over-pair. Is this really true? I mean after all you are representing an uncapped range here so a raise would be pretty bad by him. Just because he's playing too many hands and betting a lot doesn't mean he's definitely a moron.

As for the squeeze: you'd need a lot of fold equity to make that +EV here. Given villain's pre-flop stats that's probably not likely.

I like the squeeze preflop but maybe not against this particular player.

I think I'm going into showdown mode after the flop. Against this villain I would look to call it down on good runouts.

As played, I'm calling the river. He might show you JJ, TT, 99, T9s but a lot of his range is missed spades or JTs. I think we are fine to call this, especially given your read on him.

River's a pretty easy call.

Preflop is bad (as you mentioned already)
Spoiler:
check flop

Don't like squeezing PF against a fish. I think we want more of a linear, value-oriented range, which is what you're implying anyway.

I'm checking flop because it's not great for our range. Granted, maybe we're better off against this specific villain range v range because he's calling 3-bets too wide, but I still don't think it's a good enough reason to blast off with second pair. Guy's an aggrofish with a 4.8 AF -- check and let him hang himself.

Definitely calling a 1/2 PSB OTR against this guy once every draw misses.

I don't like the squeeze here neither because you are OOP and villain doesn't really like folding. I would've called here even though I am OOP, the price is sweet. But I would be cautious with the flush. IF villain is aggro I prefer checking the flop. But if he is passive and lets you see showdowns bet flop and turn is fine.

I agree with most everybody here. This guy is too much of a maniac to be squeezing with this hand. I need to be squeezing with a more linear range against this type of villain.

If the flop goes check check are we betting the turn or just going to showdown mode? I think I like a 1/2 - 2/3 psb but curious what everyone thinks
