I think this 3betting approach is way too wide, unbalanced, and in no way factors in the type of villain we are playing against.
I try to maintain a balanced and polarized 3betting range against my thinking players.

Against my more aggressive maniacs, I will switch to a more linear 3betting range.

I understand that as we move up in stakes and play against better players, we need to widen our 3betting range, but this still seems pretty wide to me.

I think this is a good strategy against regs at the micros. With a fish in the pot though, you still want to be calling with a number of hands. I can't say that it's higher EV than splitting between calling and folding ranges, but I think it's perfectly viable. In the games I play, I've noticed some of the best regs using this strategy.

The OP messed up the ranges in a few spots (imo), like 3betting KQo vs MP and 3betting with 22-44. You probably want to make some adjustments to those ranges, but I think they're a good baseline.

Linear range vs early positions? Good luck with that.

Even in 3-bet or fold strategy A2s much better to 3-bet with vs utg than TT.
