Basically you open readless from the CO or BTN, it folds to the BB and he 3 bets. What's your calling range and why?

What's your plan for most flops when you miss when he bets and when he checks?

I think a good starting place is to determine how much of your range you should defend at a minimum against the most common 3bet sizing. You can call and defend more hands in general when facing a 3bet while in position.

The second question seems really general and difficult to answer.

How do you play poker!!? I wish I knew exactly too. You should fold exactly 51.23% 4 bet 7% and call the rest.

Is this a joke? I don't quite follow it. That is the entire point of this forum. To discuss how to play poker. It's not just for HH review but all discussions.

Is it really so hard to say something like "new to the table with no stats or reads to alter my play I revert to a polarized range that can be played for value, and where I can pick up a few pots by having position and it looks like xxs+,xx+ xxo+ from the btn and x from the CO? Do you really not know what your range is read less?

I don't understand the inability or unwillingness to discuss a very common situation in the micros that most if not ALL of the people still in micros are making mistakes with.

If you don't have a standard play you go to when read less then you are playing on intuition and that is fine. Do that.

What you do and on which flops depends entirely on how you range randoms in this situation. That's the discussion I am trying to have along with how we adjust ours. I am pretty sure my game is unhealthy in this area.

I agree with the second part but you're basically asking such a broad and general question that it's unreasonable for you to expect any kind of answer that you're actually looking for. You are basically asking how to play poker and if you're asking that, you should post in the beginner forum. Check out the stickies here and in the full ring forum to get a start and then ask more specific questions if you don't want to post in the beginner forum.
