I have a feeling I might get roasted for this one..

Yes PF is too loose. I don't think its crazy though as part of a balanced pre-flop 3bet range, if Villain was UTG+2 then my charts say its ok

Having raised pre, I have to bet this board, cos if I'm not betting this board then what board am I betting, right? When V X/Raises I'm getting 3:1, I need 25% equity to call, which I have even vs the strongest range. If I call however, I've only $1.75 behind. Wouldn't I then be pot committed?

Most turns are unfavourable, in that vs a shove, I would need 21% equity to call (1.75 / pot if i called + 1.75 + 1.75) and many cards do not give me that.

the shorter your stacksize, the less you want to 3bet these kind of hands

Call preflop. Our hand plays well in multiway pots. Allows more opponents in the pot to make mistakes on future streets.

Agreed. As played, bet/get it all in on the flop.

I would fold pre being a short stack. AP looks okay, I might go a little less otf on such a dry board.

Don't play short unless you think you're worse than most of the regs you play with (even then, I probably wouldn't except maybe in a couple of specific spots). You don't have to have a bunch of 3bet bluffs against EP raises in pools where the regs are super tight for the sake of "balance" (and especially at less than 100bb effective). That's only something you want to be doing with a solid sample size/read.

Flop is whatever. Villain decided to pick like the worst possible sizing, so it's kind of awkward. I feel like you should be sizing larger if you want to play 2 streets, or smaller if you want to play 3.
