Hello ladies and gents,

did I do anything wrong here?
On the flop I cbet and he raises so I am thinking he has some kind of K, possibly suited and is trying to protect agaist flush-so I call.
On turn I check to him for pot control and he bets, I dont think he has nut straight and is unlikely he has J9 bcs he raised me on flop.
In my mind only hands that beat me are KQo and 77 since he would 3-bet KQs here, 3-bet pre QQ, KK, but with 2 flush draws out there I decide to push it all in- and he has KQo.

Any suggestions what I might do different here?

This is a good line. In this spot call with AA without the Ace of hearts and fold the combos that have it. AK, same thing.

If you 3bet flop with 77/KK/QQ, I think AA and AK without the heart are what you call off with on the turn, as well as AhJh (possibly AdJd, but I think that's a better check back on the flop)? But this is a board where JT or flush draws don't checkraise that often since you can have such strong hands.

With KQ it's tough, it's just very likely he has 77 with that hand.

I don't like your turn play at 2NL, where villain will be so value-heavy. When villain raises the flop, he nearly always has KQ, 77 or a combo draw (like QJhh or AJhh/AThh/JThh). He's not barreling that turn unless he can beat AK.

I wish you hadn't shown results, because it looks like I'm results oriented, but I honestly just thought "He has KQ" the moment I saw the flop raise.
