I don't think going pot-pot is ideal with the QQ. As played, you have to call the additional 42c, due to pot odds and the fact villain might play JJ or ATs like that (there's not much stack left for the river). You can probably dose your bets a bit smaller, or just jam turn, maybe go for a check-jam on the turn.

For me, the T8s is just a call pre in BB vs UTG's 2.5x open. Does Upswing tell you to 3-bet it?
You probably shouldn't be stacking off with ten high (albeit with a FD and double-gutter) as played, but I haven't done the maths or any deep range analysis to see how the pot odds compare to your equity. I'm never in that spot, so it's not one I've had to think about before. :/

2nd hand; T8s is not a 3Bet for me vs UTG, not even close. BB vs SB open possibly, but only in specific situations (if SB folds a ton vs 3Bets).

Postflop is also not OK, I'm slowing down on the turn.

Thinking about what he calls your 3Bet with + what he calls flop with makes me think you are and underdog like always.

I hope more experienced players comment on postflop.

According to upswing charts this is not a 3Bet, it's a call.

Don't 3-bet UTG open with T8s.

As played you can bet flop smaller, then either bet turn smaller or c/c c/f depending on sizing. As played I don't think you're priced in to call the shove.

first one I'd bet smaller on fl and tu

second pre is bad but post is fine though there are other ways to play the hand.

Need 27.5% equity to call (after rake) and have 34%. Not that hard to calculate.

First one, I prefer to bet around 1/3 pot on flop then around 3/4 on turn, still calling the shove of course.

Second one, I also prefer a flat pre and a call on the flop then reassess on the turn. As played, you are priced in (as noted above) to call the shove on turn.

1st hand fine, second hand don't 3bet preflop and shove turn if you're gonna bet, probably checking
