I like a 3bet vs a guy who isn't fullstacked. Against MP I typically was a bit indifferent between 3betting and calling, however, after looking at my database and talking to players who are more succesful then me, I believe that currently people are underfolding to 3bets, so 3betting TT vs MP could be a good default. Against a fishy looking guy its a clear 3bet.

When posting a hand, you should explain your thoughtprocess, otherwise you will only get quick fixes that won't really help you. Why did you decide to cbet the flop?
Your hand isnt that strong to valuebet, you don't want to build a big pot, your hand can easily Call most turnstabs. By checking flop, villian will also give you more information about the strength of his hand, allowing for good valuebets, calls, or folds.
This should also be a texture where your range is quite polarized and where you should X a lot. Normally, villian will have more Qx than you

It was a mistake to cbet in this board. He has shown a J9s before but he was IP, 3 barrel and he called. He has JQs+ in is calling range from the blinds. As you said we can't beat much on this board unless I turn it into a bluff but I had to bet more on flop and later streets too, since he would called me with TPWK before it's gonna be hard to get him out of this hand.

You can X flop and bet turn if villian checks. This achieves calls from 9x, as well as protection of your equity. Don't bluff with showdownvalue!

I would call PF with TT vs reg vpip 15 stats and see a flop. 3bet 15+ vpip in MP. Average vpip can be very misleading.

OTF we have TT with backdoor flush and backdoor straight. Descent showdown value. We are not raising out better hands. Unlikely worse is calling.
We are only gonna hate an A on turn.

OTT We like a 8h so here I bet the scarecard to fold out the Qx a lot of times and pot is a bit bigger if river hits us. We can take the lead and thin value bet straights and flushes on the river.

OTR I call vs bet or X behind cause we still have descent showdown value specially when he doesn't bet the Q.

Makes sense?
