Bet flop. You've got FDs and SDs that are going to call. If they completely whiff this board or have something like 22 or 44, you're not getting any money anyway.

As played, ugh. Probably calling because of his stack size, but not feeling good about it.

Mandatory flop bet on a two broadway board. He can have lots of pairs and draws. I think he has AQ w/ heart a lot on the river. It's hard to put him on many single-heart hands that don't have a pair. People generally won't turn AT/AJ/QJ/QT or whatever into a bluff here.

Flush and straight draws should bet flop a lot of the time.

We beat some of value also we are capped. Agree on betting that flop.

Pff, bomb this flop. Whoever calls is 90% on a draw due to you blocking top pair combos. If blank hits the turn - just bomb again or even overbet.

As played - ez fold river. Flushes are there, straights are there and you have a blufcather.

I read somewhere that top set is a check-raise flop. Against a Fish/ board is wet I should bet?

Checking the flop is perfectly fine in general, but this villain is a 38bb deep fish. Make a small stab and keep betting. Even if he shoves the turn, you can call due to your equity.
