SB: $2.44 (122 bb)
BB: $1 (50 bb)
Hero (UTG): $2.03 (101.5 bb)
MP: $7.59 (379.5 bb)
CO: $2.08 (104 bb)
BTN: $3.77 (188.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with J J
Hero raises to $0.06, 4 folds, BB raises to $0.10, Hero calls $0.04

Flop: ($0.21) 8 5 A (2 players)
BB bets $0.10, Hero calls $0.10

Turn: ($0.41) 6 (2 players)
BB bets $0.19, Hero

In a dry board, he is always doing second barrel with an A, OTT the same thing, he is never bluffing here. So, should I fold KK-TT every time in a board like this?

how can I prevent to be exploited in this situation?

You playing 2nl dont worry about being eploited, 4bet pre vs that sizing as played call flop fold turn unless you have reads on V

If he’s never bluffing, like you say he is, then fold. Why are you calling his flop cbet if you know he’s never bluffing? You’re hoping for a J ott? I would only call against a maniac.

Micros are about hero folding and value betting. Wait for a better hand.

Edit: I agree with the 4bet

his 3bet very small, you can easy 4bet him at least x2 for info with possition.
also fold on the turn will be good if you have no info

4 betting wastes this hand from these positions. Fish do these small 3 bets for two reasons, I think. One, if they have AA or KK and don't want you to lolfold without thinking they are giving their opponents huge implied odds to stack them. And two, I think sometimes they are just trying to see if you have those hands; to figure out if they can do their favorite thing in the world-- make ******ed azz bluffs.

Def call the flop, call the turn for that sizing, and fold the river if he bets again and you don't have a set. Unless it's a really tiny bet.

It's stupid to be unbalanced just because it's 2nl. Try to be as balanced as possible vs regs and unknowns and play exploitatively vs fish regardless of the stake.

Even the best players at 2nl wont be able to eploit properly as no one will be even close to blanced, vs unknown we should try to be blanced but we should be attacking leaks of any regs at this stake

I agree with you 100%.

But please stop advising that we should not worry about being exploited just because it's 2nl. And where else is it best to practice a balance strategy than at 2nl right?
