UTG: $2 (100 bb)
MP: $7.25 (362.5 bb)
CO: $2.86 (143 bb)
BTN: $2.60 (130 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T Q
2 folds, CO calls $0.02, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.08, CO calls $0.06

Flop: ($0.17) K J 2 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.06, CO calls $0.06

Turn: ($0.29) Q (2 players)
Hero bets $0.10, CO calls $0.10

River: ($0.49) 4 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0.47, Hero folds

I usually get confused on this kind of board and I don't have a clear strategy playing here.

Villain can have a lot of Clubx here so i want to get value from those hands by betting on the Flop. OTT with the Q I want to continue getting value. But then river comes and it's hard for me.

Check preflop.
Check flop.
As played, check turn.
As played, I might lead small on river to stop the bluff and hope to catch some value from a weak pair+draw holding that’s stubborn and wanting to catch the whiffed club.

You set yourself up for a bloated pot oop with weak holdings and then induced a bluff on a blank river. This is a major leak.

I would check the flop because nothing worse is going to call and not much better will fold.

Turn is a bet, we need to continue to charge the single club hands in V's range.

River is a x/f for me. He pretty much has to be turning a pair into a bluff or a random AcX hand and I don't find players do that enough at the micros to justify calling with 2nd pair on a board where we have a bunch of better hands.
