Villain is 32/21 over 108 hands and pretty passive. I also think my turn bet sizing should have been bigger. Anyway, thoughts?

I hate your preflop sizing. I don't care about the rest of the hand.

I don't see anything wrong with the hand at all. At NL2 3.5x on the button with a strong hand like KQs is good. Flop sizing is good. Turn sizing could be a little bigger. I'd go for about $0.30 and I am pretty much betting all rivers but a club. If villain had a flush I think he would have raised either the flop or turn so I think you can value bet river for about $0.65 to get value from Qx. A raise would suck but I believe that a river bet here is +ev especially at NL2.

Pot pot shove could be the most profitable line here. At least a touch bigger in any case.

Thing with preflop sizings, I can't actually recall people's reasoning for bigger/smaller raises, except the reasoning for 2x on the button - we can open wider and blinds have to defend a wider range which means we get to play more flops in position.
At nl2 (or vs fish at any table) bigger sizings with strong hands is likely going to be good. I'd advocate going bigger post to exploit the whale so likewise this extends to pre also.

I prefer checking the flop, betting the turn and betting the river. If you get raised on the flop, are you calling?

I think your best sizing was fine. As played, I like the river check.

These passive types are likely to donk big on river if they somehow flopped a flush (he can't risk a check back from you, so he likely bets). there are so many 2 pr+ hands that will call on river. Im betting big (3/4 pot +) and expecting many many calls and not many check-raises. Considering your passive read, I think a CRAI by him over your sizable bet will likely be a flush of some sort.

Flop's a must-bet IMO. Not close when villain can call with a billion draws. He can also have a couple of hands that will give us action now but not when the turn murders his hand.

I would size up just a little on the turn and go somewhere between 1/2 pot and 2/3 pot on the river.

PF's kind of whatever and I wouldn't open 3.5x but I also don't necessarily think it's bad with population reads.

That's absolutely NOT true on WPN like it would be on other sites. 2nl on WPN plays like 25nl on most other sites. A player opening 3.5x is going to get straight up owned by a combo of people correctly calling tighter and 3betting looser from the blinds pre. So every time they see a flop it will be versus a much tighter range that is harder to play aggro vs even IP.
