Not folding readless.

Expecting to see monsters, but anyone who is as bad as this V will undoubtedly have lots of spews too.

Or maybe he won't have spews but it's not a problem. What you want to avoid is getting owned which can only happen if you fold.

I'm not sure I follow. We surely just want to make the most +EV decision. If V doesn't have spew* and is always ahead, then always calling is surely owning us and is not the most +EV decision?

*For the sake of clarification, it's probably best that I define spew as I see it here: Any bluff at all, given the way villain has played the hand.

I think that is easy call because of the small bet. You have not to be winner often.

The only way we can possibly lose against villain's overall strategy is by overfolding.

Readless, I'd always call down here (and take a potentially useful note), but even with the cheap pot odds, it's not a fist-pump. Villain has a LOT of value-combos that crush you (TT+/ATs, maybe A3s/A5s), and it's kind of hard to find enough bluffs in this range (you need him to have about 24% air) unless he plays random AKo/AQo like this. He's only got about 8 FDs combos, and probably doesn't always triple with them.
In short, it really depends on how clueless villain is. If he makes nonsensical bluffs on the early streets and usually keeps firing, then he'll have more than enough air in his range for calling to be +EV. If he only bluffs with decent draws, and gives up with some ace highs, you're crushed.
