Seen as villain donks flop on this one, I think you have to consider how elastic his calling range might be. The fishier the player, the more inelastic the calling range is to bet size. So I guess the question is, if villain exhibits fishy tendencies, can your aim be achieved with a smaller bet size when bluffing and a larger bet size when value betting?

While it is scary, here is how the hand would be played different.

Open larger (We got to get rid of this min raise thing) at least 2.4x.

We also have open ender on flop. So raise BIG on flop. If you are going to shove, shove turn. SB checks here, that is your chance.

How I would play it. SB doesn't get there until river. We have nice big pot if we raise SB's donk bet, and have opened larger.

My personal opinion.

he cant raise the flop against donk lol, this hand is just absolute nuts because sb is a bigger fish then paisting and habibi merged and why would you shove the turn with this combo when THIS sb has all KJ and JT combos

You should be making more adjustments based on preflop action. SB CC yet again and donks flop multiway on KJT. I just immediately disregard having big bluffs against this player type after those two data points.

Minraising HJ is closer to GTO than 2.4x, although both are fine

Copy that, but I have had better success with the larger open just because.

That's a good point. But as a counter point. I played a hand very similar in my K8s bluff BTNvsSB on a J92r board/Turn 7/River 6o. And I Called his Flop donk bet/Raised his turn donk and shipped all in OTR and he folded AJo.

I think I need more of a sample size to just definitively say we never have bluffs vs fish that Donk lead flop/cold call SB in a spot where he shouldn't have a donking range.

That is true. I think it was a fluke though.
