Turn is interesting. I think it’s a bet, although checking is reasonable. Not sure what hands call a raise OTR that you get value from so I would just call the river.

The turn favors his range a lot. I don't like betting here to keep my range open and I really don't like a x-r.

On the river I feel like this is a blocker bet on his part.

I didn't make any mistakes in writing the post.

What hands do you think a tight SB flats pre that
1. Call flop
2. Bet river
3. Call a raise
4. Lose to AK

Maybe KT and maybe K9s exactly? Seems thin

I like a turn barrel much more than a river raise.

hes prolly just betting so small because our range seems very weak in that spot. Hes beggin for a call.

The thing is, is not liking a XR is not a good reason to not bet. We block straights and we block 2pair. It’s more likely he has a FD or QT/JT type hand for a few reasons.

1) Villains will often raise KQ OTF because the board is wet. So we are mostly worried about KJ (which we block) and AT (which we block)

2) The J hits our range as well. We have every JJ combo and he doesn’t while we also have every set and AA which he doesn’t. You should be checking AA before AK in this situation, are you doing that?

KQs should probably never raise the flop since this is literally the best hand sb can have. If he starts raising this, ip player could start triple barreling ATC.

We also really shouldnt be doing much cbetting vs sb flat.
Our utg range is between 15-20% whilst his sb cc vs. 4x utg rfi should be much narrower. Yes we have a nut advantage with KK/QQ/AA but sb overall range will interact much better. Well have 22-JJ, suited connectors, A2-ATs etc. etc.

Yes, I'm checking AA OTT.
