Hey everyone, this hand was played on an app.

$200 effective. Main V’s session stats, according to the app: 33-50% VPIP, PFR >25, and running normal. Loose aggressive.

Do you expect V is ever checking QQ+ here or never? Probably never, right?
I think $25-ish is good OTT.

Yeah, I think I have the best hand very often for sure.

But sizing is a Q, and then also I have to continue if raised right?

If you think he is incapable of getting tricky with AA basically, then ya, have to call the raise. Checking turn isn’t outrageous against someone who you think is balanced in this spot either, but that doesn’t seem like the case here.
In my pool I’ll check back hands like this more than most would because it induces a lot of river spew with air on the river.

prefer to 4b pre vs those stats if its a meaningful sample, flatting is fine tho.

8 should be better for our range than for his (even with his loose stats) + any Ax hand still has a lot of equity against us, especially AQ+ which are the most likely Ax. so i want to bet on the bigger side and just set up stacks for a river jam which is how you would bluff here anyway. So like 40-45 imo, definitely calling a jam vs this guy

Ya. 4! pre is definitely fine and in some cases definitely better.
I size down on these turns personally because I find I get called by worse almost never when sizing up to aim for a river shove. So I aim for more crying calls from a weaker range like A-highs, etc. V has AQ-AK here quite a lot.
But sizing up, jamming river is good for the times he has 99/10’s.

4b pre

Villain should not be cbetting this large on this board texture but that may be irrelevant.

Bet the turn small--0.33 PSB is fine--to deny equity to villains Broadway combos. Calling a x/r is fine from a theoretical standpoint but seems bad in practice, especially since we block some flushdraws.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I appreciate it.

I bet $38 and V folded.

I typically bet fairly small here but was thinking a larger size made more sense with BDFD ott and likeliness to induce jam?
