My initial thought was to fold because nobody does this with 2 pair or straight once they called the turn, but then I thought that it is 2nl and people do stupid things.

Is the pot about 75c on the river? I think betting 59c might be OK if you're targeting 2prs (QJs, QTs, JTs), but you probably have to fold when villain shoves. Everyone can see that AK made the nuts on the turn, and it's hard for villain to have any bluffs. I think he's unlikely to turn KQ/AQ into a bluff. That said, it's kind of hard for him to have backdoored the flush, as only AJhh, KJhh and 98hh make much sense.
