I consider these bets as check
there are 2 kinds of min bet. one is a probe one and other is what you got sucked into
when i first encounter these min bet donks, i call them. sometimes fish will min bet 3 streets, you go all the way to showdown and see what they have.
99% of the time it is a weak hand (lame ass pair + a ****ty draw) trying to get a cheap showdown
