Villain to your direct right or two spots over has stats similar to this:

STL: 60%
F3Bet: 25%
FCBet: 30%

What do you do with medium/decent strength hands against this person? Folding and flatting constantly seems too weak. But 3 betting someone who is rarely folding just seems like spew. I may start just leaving the table when this happens. Thoughts?

Villain's positional and overall vpip/pfr are going to be rather important here, as well as what type of player they are in general. You haven't given enough for information for someone to be able to really answer this.

I guess folding and flatting are "weak" in the sense that you're not the preflop aggressor, but that his little relevance in terms of EV. Having position postflop vs a weaker range is usually a favorable situation. 3betting some of these hands isn't necessarily spew either.

If this particular villain is giving you problems, you can move if you want, but it shouldn't be entirely dependent on this one factor. How good the table is in general is pretty important. If villain is to your right you should be less inclined to leave, having position on a villain with those particular stats (especially if they're a good reg) is pretty important to consider.

Yeah I only have the most basic HUD stats. So assuming their vpip is very high in late position. Basically someone who is constantly trying to steal and not folding to 3bets or flop bets very often at all

But if he is on your right and never folds to a 3bet means that you will get to play 3bet pots ip vs him against a weak range, last time i checked that was a good thing.

Out of position. Meaning its constantly happening when I'm in the SB and he is on the button

If he's always calling your 3 bets from the small blind, and your 3 betting too much than there are a few things you need to do.

1. Tighten up your 3 bet Range against this opponent in the SB
2. Realize he's probably floating you in position with his entire range to see if you give up on the turn.
3. Double, and triple barrel him with the top 50% of your range in every 3 bet pot depending on card run out, and what you perceive as good for your range and bad for his.

This player is calling too much, so clearly your strategy should be to bluff less, value bet thinner. He could very well be a fish, but we need VPIP, and PFR stats to be sure.

Yeah for some reason I got in my head it was probably bad to just be letting this guy steal frequently in this situation, when reality I'm just losing 5c a little more often than normal against an opponent like this. The advice you listed makes sense. Thanks
