Only 85 hands on villain playing 31/27. I assume vil has wide range otf. What is our line here?

Check calling flop sometimes on these wet boards with dynamic turns. Betting is likely fine with As, don't pot though. Turn fold is standard, think you played it fine.

AA is actually fairly weak in that spot. All the pocket pairs from 88-QQ and other Jx have smashed that board.

Your 3bet pre is too big. Make it around 1.45ish.

On the flop I would check my whole range for balance. You will only get max 2 streets value and in most occasions only 1 street value. If you get raised on the flop you will be in an awkward spot and have to fold because you are either flipping or crushed.

T as played just fold and move on to the next hand. You could call if it went x/x on flop and re evaluate river

Never..

AA is pretty weak in this spot and the caller will bet a lot of things that you AA will be winning, but certainly he will not call with things that you are winning, there are so many bad cards for you that will put you in awfull situation, like this one.
