My question is on the turn, what should I be doing here?

NL Holdem $0.10(BB)
BTN ($15.38)
SB ($10.57)
HERO ($17.52)
HJ ($20.76)
CO ($16.94)

HJ Raises To $0.20 ($20.56). CO Calls $0.20 ($16.74). Folds to HERO in BB, Calls. (17.32)

Flop ($0.65) Td 5s 6h
HERO Checks, HJ Bets $0.50 ($20.06), CO Calls $0.50 ($16.24), HERO Calls $0.50 ($16.82)

Turn ($2.15) Td 5s 6h 8d
HERO Checks, HJ Checks, CO Bets $1.36 ($14.88), HERO Calls $1.36 ($15.46), HJ Folds.

Should I be raising here or take my equity being this deep?

Two players behind, I don't mind just check/call - check/fold river with 2 players behind on the turn.

We have a leetle beetle showdown value, so I don't think I would raise the turn.

Do we block anything at all in villain's calling range on the river?

I'd rather raise turn. We block some sets and 2p. V has barreled twice into two players so our sdv is basically imaginary. We have sdv against everything and benefit from forcing hj out of the hand. It's a good runout for bb too. Calling seems like the worst option.

We block 2 combinations of 5's, but that's it. We might block 2 combo's of As5s and I'd be surprised if he has 56s or 58s here.

What range to we think Villian bets 2 streets?
What folds to a raise on the turn?
How likely does he pay off the river?

Lots of hands fold turn, that board smashes our range. Combo draws, some tx, better diamonds. This is one of the worst hands we get to the turn with vs a barreling range.
