10NL Turn Bet-size Decision

Looking back I can see that the river bet is bad....no mid-pairs are 3-betting me pre, so I'm not getting any value here. But on the turn I'm wondering what my sizing should be. Is 50% appropriate? I had V on A-K before he called the turn, so I figured half-pot would be good. If I go bigger do flush draws still come along for the ride?
