AA, KK & probably QQ most of the time. Guys that just jam this spot typically have AK in their range here too, not just AA, KK & QQ. Hard to assume much here after 44 hands. Call, note it and move on.
If his range is AK/QQ+ we should fold. Him having a hand we beat doesn't mean we should call. Even if his range is QQ/KK/AK, it's very close and probably a fold w/rake.
If V is shoving JJ+/AK then it's a call and if they're shoving QQ+/AK it's a fold. So in these spots, I think it really depends on your read, and whether or not you think V is going to shove JJ here. The SB has pretty reg like stats so I would assume their 4-bet shoving range is pretty tight, and probably won't include JJ. Vs an unknown I think it's a really close spot, but I'm leaning towards a call since people at the micros show up with random junk here some proportion of the time.
