Spot 1:

Actually JThh is a bluff catcher hand in this spot, call is ok but i'd prefer folding here since he hasn't a lot of bluff here.

Spot 2:

I'm ok with the check/call turn, his river bet is weird it gives you nice odds so call is obviously ok, but if it was a good reg i would maybe consider folding river since it really looks as an exploiting value bet

Hand 1: Bet turn for value and to collect the 30bb in the pot. As played, fold river. Opponent doesn't have many bluffs that would take this line (they would bet the turn alot).

Hand 2: Bet flop larger (1.2-1.6). Capitalizes on opponents tendency to call with too many hands. Good turn call. As played, river is a fold. Simply cant have many bluffs and likely has Ax or Qx.

H1: It's a tough but inevitable river fold, you couldn't have begged for a worse card to hit. Yes, it's a good bluff spot but it's also better for his range.

H2: Mike covered my first observation: bet larger on flop. 2pair with one pair as overs? Get some value while you're ahead! You don't want him calling because then turns and rivers like these occur and he will suck out a decent amount of the time. The river bet is probably value, he has an A or Q a lot of the time due to the preflop play. Again, make the tough fold and live to fight another day.

1. I would bet turn somewhat small. It's a great runout for our range, and I doubt we're going to be c/raised OTT too often at 10NL. We can still get a little bit of value out of worse while still getting protection from a wide array of hands.

2. 1/3 PSB range bet OTF is fine, post seems reasonable. Folding river is close IMO and depends on what worse we have in our turn c/c range. From an MDF perspective we need to call an overwhelming majority (86%ish) of the time, and we don't block the club draws. If you want to overfold because bad reg + microstakes then fine, but it probably is overfolding.
