AP river depends on how aggro V is/what site you're on. We shouldn't be anything besides a bluff. Readless on Ignition I call because villains take this line with all worse, in a way that's not quite a bluff. A 9.1% 3-bet makes me think villain should be aggro enough that we want to call.
The hand played in ACR, the range on villain cold called 4 bet mostly: TT-JJ, AT-AK,A5-A2s, due to hero holding JJ, would block villain straight, and JQ, JTs, AJs hands. Since villain checked the flop and bet the turn, don’t know whether he would slow play the Qx hand or just T on turn helps. The way villain playing is confusing me, I were feeling 50/50% call and fold. He could take AT played this way as hero showed the weak on flop and pair T could consider value bet.
I go with check flop/check-call/check-fold, but the river is pretty close, as the size is small. I think JJ is the worst made hand in my range, so it's presumably a break-even bluff-catcher. I do more checking on the flop (with some QQ+) than most people, so I'm quite comfortable folding JJ on the river, as I have quite a few better combos.
